Quick Connection Guide
1. Scan the QR code or search "OMC Pets" in the App Store to download the APP.
2. Install and register the APP, and click "Add Device" on the homepage.
3. Long press the WiFi button on the machine, and you will hear a beep. The WiFi button indicator will flash quickly; wait for 5 seconds for the mobile phone APP to recognize the smart cat litter box and click "Add".
4. Follow the APP prompts to complete the binding.
Please note:
If the mobile phone APP cannot match the cat litter box, please check whether the Wii name and password match: restart the phone and router to rebind. Check whether the WiFi button on the cat litter box panel is always on. If it is always on, it means that the cat litter box has been successfully bound to the mobile phone device. If you want to connect a new mobile phone device, long press the WiFi button on the device until you hear a "beep" for 3S and the button starts to flash, which means that the binding is successfully untied and you can rebind a new mobile phone device.
FAQ
● Check whether the WiFi, Bluetooth, and location permission switches are turned on at the same time.
● Check whether the WiFi is in the 2.4G band and whether the phone is connected to the 2.4G band WiFi. (The product cannot recognize the 5G band WiFi)
● Check whether the WiFi network at home is faulty or downtime, please check whether other devices can use the network normally.
● If the WiFi signal is too weak, please move the machine closer to the router and reconnect.
● The router is connected to many wireless devices, resulting in IP address conflicts
● For dual-band routers, the network cannot be set directly. Users need to separate the 2.4G and 5G channels into independent channels in the router settings, and then select the 2.4G channel for network settings.
●When setting up the network, check whether the WiFi button on the panel of the cat litter box is green. Green means that the cat litter box has been successfully bound to the mobile device. If you want to connect a new mobile device, press and hold the WiFi button on the device until you hear a "beep" and the green light turns yellow. The binding is successful and you can re-bind a new mobile device.
A: The Switch button is the power switch of the cat litter box. It is recommended to keep it on; if the Switch button is turned off, the cat litter box stops running.
A: The delayed cleaning time refers to the time the cat litter box waits for the cat litter to clump after the cat uses it. You can set the time according to your needs. The recommended setting time is 2 minutes, which has a better clumping effect and reduces the sticking of feces to the wall.

① Remove the upper cover, drum, feces collection bin, and pedal and rinse them with water;
② The base and legs cannot be directly rinsed with water to avoid damaging the motor, controller and other equipment. It is recommended to wipe the dust and stains on the base and legs with wet wipes.
