OMCPET Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at OMCPET. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@omcpet.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personalized or custom-made products

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at support@omcpet.store.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
