1. Returns

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at support@omcpet.store.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
